1 have a 2018 Nissan Armada the front drivers seat is loose.

when you excellorate the seat rocks back and when you brake the seat rocks
forward.  can this be fixed and is this a safety hazard?

Yes it is a hazard, as far as fixing it that all depends on what is broke. Is the seats frame broken? Is the movement in the seat adjustment track? Without a really good picture of the problem it’s hard to say.

Look at the seat's mounting hardware and make sure all the bolts are tight. Then move to the adjusting hardware and check for the same thing, If there is still a problem, and the frame is not damaged, try to shim up the frame where it allows the motion to come from with shims or washers to eliminate any gap you find related to the motion you are experiencing.
