What is the correct type of timing chain tensioner that goes on my 1999 ford explorer sport with 4.0 SOHC for the upper driver side?

I was quoted from a reputable car mechanic that has been working on my cars and friends cars, I have a coolant leak on my 2013 Ford Explorer deluxe package, he checked it out and said I need a water pump and since he's doing that I should renew the timing chain & belts. Vehicle has 95,000 miles, immaculate condition. He said very labor intensive, about $ 2000.00, what do you all think. 2 Answers
