2008 camery oil consumption

I had one dealer oil consumption test right
at the end of the cutoff date. It passed at 3
quarts per 5000 miles. Now it has 140,000.
If I replace pistons and rings, can I assume
another 150,000 ?

if you get it done for free do it, if not keep tabs on it, engines lose their sense of humor when they are out of oil

Using 3 quarts per 5,000 miles indicates a major problem. You should be running a 5w-30 oil
