Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country Touring, my radio/Navigation screen was first
freezing or stopped moving. When you try to turn the volumn down it would not change.
None of the buttons worked on the screen to switch. Now there is absolutely no power,
nothing is working around the GPS/ Navigation screen, no radio. Black screen. Fuses are
good! any ideas please

My Instrument cluster works fine. It is all to do with the radio, nav. system, and backup camera. I have now had the Dealership check it and they told me it is my RADIO HEAD. They also quoted me just under $1800.00 to replace. Does anyone know where I can get a second hand (reputable) place?
