How hard is it to replace a fuel filter in an 08 Chevy Equinox LX?

The fuel filter must be part of fuel pump assembly according to my database. The partsbook didn't show separate fuel filter. You'd have to drop the fuel tank and remove the pump. The question of hard or easy is relative, depending on your experience and if you have proper tools and a lift.
