2008 vw beetle headlite dislodged from bracket, won't stay plugged in
My 2008 VW Beetle convertible's left headlight stopped functioning. The mechanic said the problem is the bracket (probably not the right term) that holds the light in place is old and fell apart.
just get a bolt and washer with a big space to fix it. i even used in my audi a spring that i hooked into it and then latched it to the fender brace. Both my tabs had Broke off and it works. a picture of the type of spring follows below. If you have to drill a hole threw a solid peice of the frame that does not compramise the inner portion

Thank you so very much, I appreciate this. Perhaps you have an easy (inexpensive) suggestion for a driver's seat airbag light that won't go off?
