2008 VW Beetle Convertible Head Light Out

Asked by Tizzy Sep 11, 2015 at 12:33 PM about the 2008 Volkswagen Beetle SE Convertible

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2008 Beetle Convertible's headlight needs some sort of "bracket (?) to hold everything in place as it won't stay connected.  Apparently the original piece has fallen apart from age.  Is this a common problem?  And, where can my mechanic locate what's needed?  Lastly, is this going to be expensive???
