If it works on all of the other doors except the driver's door, then it could be the receiver in the driver's door? I have a 2009 Toyota Prius and have found that sometimes the electronics go a little squirrelly. For example, we have tried everything, but cannot do hands free voice dialing from the car. Keep those batteries replaced often. Other than that, contact the dealership, these cars are very high tech, and can be finicky on a electronics.

Thank you for your concern ,I think the receiver received a signal from the fob because it start lock and unlock alternately but didn;t stay on the unlock stage.
