08 Infiniti g35 dash lights and noise

So it is my first time posting here and I would like some
better understanding before I bring my car I to the shop and
the mechanic knowing I dont have that much of an idea
and try something tricky.
I have to issues I do t think are related but I'm not sure.
1. The VDS OFF and SLIP LIGHT come on will driving. The
BREAK light comes on occasionally while accelerating.  (I
was told those are "dummy lights" for low break pads.)
(Also believe liquid levels are good.)
2. I noticed my car is getting louder as I drive. While I
approach 25+ it will make a loud hum that changes pitch if
I turn right slightly (lane change). Also it sounds normal if I
rev it to normal driving rpm (2-3k) while in park. (I think it's
a wheel bearing but would love input.)
