2008 charger turn signal brake lights

My passenger turn signal and brake light when out but the
bulbs are not blown... im soo lost here

Is the problem isolated to the front or rear? Does the dash indicator blink? Is it blinking fast? Sorry for all the questions but these questions will help us provide a better answer.

Rear an yes flashers on dash is fast as if bulb where blown but fron passenger flash works

Sometimes, a bulb doesn't look blown but is. You may want to try a new bulb or swap the one from the working side. You could also use a test light and check the socket for power. I've also heard of the wires shorting/getting frayed where they feed into the trunk through the grommet. I would start by checking for visible wire issues, check for power with a meter or test light, then replace/swap the bulb. Hope this helps.
