2008 charger overheating

I have a 2008 charger it is running hot
replaced radiator and thermostat what could
it be they say it could be my head but there is
no smoke coming out the engine or milky oil

first see if the fans run when it gets hot , then you should have tested the old thermostat in a pan of water on the stove to see if that was the problem , corrosion can eat up the impellers in the water pump I guess you can pull a coolant hose to see if it's doing it's job . A compression test will show if the head gasket is bad
