Do you recommend any solutions to do?

I do think HONDA (First and foremost there engine builders) designs a fine ENGINE, But there chassis's / bodies, and trim leave much to be desired, they don't quit hit the mark! Yes, this can be corrected BUT shame on HONDA so many years! call Honda of America and plead your case...Here are typical comments on this...2009 Honda Civic 55,000 mi, Recently I have been having the same issue everybody else has on here regarding the vibration in cooler temperatures. Have a reputable transmission shop take it for a test drive using their diagnostic software to see the numbers associated with the torque converter slip between gears. It maybe that your tranny needs work.

I have checked it when transmission in neutral, and the vibration still existing without any changes. So I think there is nothing related to transmission.

But don't rule out the torque converter, just because you put the car in neutral doesn't change the fact that "if" the torque converter is bad and is out of balance especially at those rpm's that it won't vibrate the car. In other words the TC should spin freely while not engaged (in neutral) but if faulty, the TC can cause major vibrations. I hope you can fix the issue regardless, an engine mount is definitely a lot easier to replace.

Im having the same problem with an 2006 Honda Civic..Vibration when cold smooth once hot..I was told BAD TC

Possibly low on transmission fluid. Check and if necessary top it off. Vibration will probably go away. In 1,000 check again and it may need topped off again. Repeat this step 3 times and on the 3rd time you should not have to refill again.

I have the same issue in my 2008 FD1. I have replaced the upper engine torque mount along with the Gel mount. Recently replaced the power steering pump, hoses, and the belt tensioner. I have also replaced the transmission oil assuming that it was the cause. But the problem is still there. If I do a sudden acceleration, the problem starts appearing. But after that, when the engine reached 1800RPM to 2200RPM the vibration comes again. There is a noise coming from the belt If I do a cold start, and it disappears after a few seconds with the engine start warming. Can it be related? If not what could this be?
