Rear wheels are locking up after i replace my clock spring .

2008  jeep grand cherokee 5.7 . my clock spring was going bad ,no control
of radio or horn wasnt working  and air bag light was on .Atfer i replace the
clock spring  the light came off horn and radio control working fine. so after
i put the  jeep in drive the esp/dae light came on and my rear wheel locked
when i make sharp turn and making clicking sound. Please tell whats going
i refuse going to the dealers rip me off.

I'm at the dealership now . The dealer stated for my 2008 jeep grand cherokee u can't just put the clock spring in . They would have to be programmed. Maybe that's why the esp/ Dae codes pops up and locking my rear wheels . I'm wanting see by them reprogramming the clock spring to see if that cause the rear wheels to lockup. so the dealer will charge me 160.00 dollars to reprogram the clock spring system.
