2008 dodge grand caravan..battery good, wont start

2008 Dodge Caravan.  We left it sit all winter and battery
died.  Put new battery in yesterday,  started right up.  Went
to start it this morning, nothing.  All lights work, dash
cluster works, radio works, but you hear it click the relays
and fuses..but doesnt try to start.  Thought battery drained,
so disconnected battery, slow trickle charged it all day..stull
nothing.  I turned key to take it out of park, rolled van couple
feet, put back in park still nothing.  Old and do not have
money for costly repair...understand basic principles but by
no means a mechanic.  Any help would be a life saver for
us.  Makes no sense to me.

I should make it clear..it makes noises in fuse box area, but does NOT crank..like no power getting to the starter

Sounds like the starter has gone bad from not useing it..may try to tap it lightly with hammer may frre/unstick and crank fpr you if not you may need to replace it...hth good luck
