Check for a clogged catatlic converter or muffler. Are there any lights on in the dash like a check engine light ?

Yes the check engine light is on but it is also making a noise like rubber rubbing when i give it gas to try and make it move any ideas

Going by what you are saying it is hard to say with out being there to check it out for myself but the brakes maybe locked or seized keeping vehicle from moving. But you need to get the check engine light scanned for codes.

Scaned the codes come up with temp sensor. But still does not make sense could this be my cv axel that is making the rubber noise

Pdermas45 have you checked out your transmission, do you have a CVT????? see this warranty extension, http://www.nissanassist.com/faqs.php?menu=3
