no power to the starter

I have power from the battery to the starter. both starter and battery are good. but when I
turn the key nothing happens. If I jump it from the starter it will start but not from the key
itself. any ideas?

Replaced battery, starter, ck. All the fuse and relays I can find replace the clutch switch ck. The battery cables and fuse off the pos. Side of the battery turn key every thing come on hit the key to start dash light go out and nothing let up on the key and the dash light flicker turn the key clear off and still flicker for few seconds. I’am at my ends
