Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I’m a heavy duty mechanic. A couple weeks ago I
had a cranking no start on my truck Washed the
throttle out and it worked for 4 days then a cranking
no start checked fuel pressure and had 23PSI
changed fuel pump run for 4 days and once again a
cranking no start still no codes from the first time till
now removed resonator seen that the throttle body
does not respond to the accelerator position. So I
changed the throttle body and 4 days later it is a
cranking no start again. I checked fuel rail pressure
and received 0 checked for power at the fuel pump
and found I had power. Does anyone have any
experience with this? Is there any relays or anything
else that could be an issue that I am overlooking?
For extra information it’s a 5.7 hemi I’ve gone
through everything I can think of, it still has 0PSI on
the fuel rail, and it is still not wanting to start, it will
spit and sputter on a shot of ether.

I have solved this issue! In this case I ran the full wiring harness and found one power wire that runs to the fuel pump was corroded but not completely corroded through repaired the wire and found more in the same area that had not caused an issue yet but was repaired before they could cause an issue.
