What can cause a 2009 Chevy Aveo 5 to stall?

Asked by dicarlo2 May 07, 2014 at 09:55 PM about the 2009 Chevrolet Aveo 5 LS Hatchback FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2009 Chevy Aveo5 and it stalls every once in a while. Well this was the second time it stalled when I was leaving work. As I drove to slow down over a speed hump it stalled. It took it a moment to restart but did. This happened one other time after I had the timing belt and water pump replaced. No check engine light coming on. What can cause this? (fuel pump? needs a tune up. It has about 95,000 miles on it)
