The screws are sometimes hidden behind switch panels and reflectors. --- Here are some general door panel removal instructions. --- Roll down the window. Remove the screws found under armrests and behind switches and reflectors. Starting at the bottom, pry the panel off. It's held on with plastic christmas tree shaped studs. Work up the sides of the panel. There might be more screw to locate if it's not coming free. When it is free, the bottom will swing out and you lift the top edge off the door. Remember how the trim at the top is step up so you can put it back. Disconnect any connectors.
