I agree with above. But I would take it somewhere to get it read. Most local parts stores offer a free check for you and will give you some possible solutions.

I got the similar problem of check engine light on and off automatically ,on my 2007 Mazda 6 GSi. .My car's running fine. I checked gas cap , engine cap,all caps under hood, several times,changed motor oil /filter , new air filter . But still CEL comes on and off. Two Mechanics told that they will charge for diagnosis and sensors. But I beleive it is not sensor problem.Kindly help me.I am not expert in technology.
