I have 2005 Ford Escape v6.

I have 2005 Ford Escape V6.Took car to repair. They messed it up.They replace one cylinder and then messed up the computer board.I had to have computer board replaced and the 6 cylinders.Then towed to Dealership to have it coded or programed. Now when I drive it, it seems to vibrated between the speed of 10 to 25 miles per hour and the right wheel feels alot vibration.after that it runs smoothly. I can't afford any more money to  put into it.I spend $3000..They also worked on my steering and when you turn it makes like a loud crank noise..I desperately need some advise. Thank you!
