if it helps at all getting an answer i found out the throttle body was dirty causing the not starting problem but as for the stopping at a stop sign or light problem. If this helps ill be sitting at the red light sometimes it turns green i press the gas nothing happens it doesnt rev up or anything and it is still running i don't know if the throttle body could be causing this or perhaps a transmission issue?

I’m hoping that is all that this issue is going to come down to with mine. As for the hesitation , loss of power or dead stops at a sign or light.... check the spark plugs/coils and vacuum lines (which are goin to the intake manifold)
