09 Dodge Charger tail lights won't come on...

brake and turn signals work...changed bulbs, fuse and module...had module programmed and tail lights still won't come on.

sounds like you got a short somewhere you could look at the wire diagrams in the back of a haynes Manuel and go from there or take it to a shop

if a short,wouldn't that blow a fuse? can you tell me what fuse # to look for? no info. thanks
