Car will not start

I was driving my 2009 dodge charger. And I
hit water in the road and now it will not start
Turn over! Nothing. The fuses are fine. The
battery is fine. What could be the problem.
The car has now sat four days * to dry out*
and yes its hot outside .

Never drive through water. This was no ordinary puddle, you tried to take this car through quite a volume of water.

Did it stall when you hit the puddle or show any signs of wanting to stall? If the starter isn't even engaging maybe you've knocked a wire or connector loose
