Asked by GuruH42DG Sep 16, 2019 at 08:34 AM about the 2009 GMC Canyon SLE-1 Ext. Cab

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I changed the rear main seal in a 2009 canyon. I
unhooked the battery awhile doing it and changed
everything out. It went back together without a
problem and the owner of the truck hook the
battery back up and put the negative side on first
now when trying to start it it just clicks. He thinks
he put it into anti theft mode. Need help figuring it
out.

Figured out the problem. I over tightened the transmission bolts. Its running now. Thanks for your time.
