Ram 1500 3009 hemi engine does not start

If the engine is cranking (starter turning engine???), then you need to find out if you have a fuel delivery problem, or there is no spark at the plugs. If you remove a spark plug wire and hold it about an 1/8" away from the plug with an insulated tool (rubber coated handle pliers work well), you should see a nice blue/white spark jump the gap between the end of the wire, and the tip of the spark plug. If you are getting a spark, then investigate the fuel issue. Hope this helps.
One more thing, if the spark plug wire has a very deep socket, then you may need to insert a piece of metal into it when you disconnect the wire from plug so there is not too big of a gap to perform above test.
