Be specific. You say it fires but won't run? Do you mean it starts but won't idle, idles but won't move the pickup, moves the pickup, but real crappy? Need more detail. Your challenge is this, imagine trying to tell someone how to get to your house, they've never been there before n they live 500 miles away n no one has google maps.

The engine fires but we cannot get it to start. When you turn the switch on, it sounds like it is going to start but it will not.

Are you using the ECM from the Jeep you removed the engine from or the Ram? How about the cable trunking for the engine sensors? Are the O2 sensors n configuration of them the ones for the Ram or the Jeep? The engine needs to be matched to the ECM. The cam train n injector timing could be totally different. Are these the injectors that came with the engine? If so, what was their operating pressure in the original vehicle? Is it the same as your current vehicle? Surely not every possibility, but a good place to start looking.
