Well most door locks in audis and vw's are air powered. But i would check your wires to the door for damage cause it sounds like something got pinched.

I have that issue as well. I was thinking maybe one day I left the window open a bit to let water in on a rainy day to cause the issue to happen.
My right back passenger side window stop working (no up or down) also the power lock do not work either on that door
