Issues with my 2009 VW CC

Asked by Pjray Jun 27, 2016 at 12:04 AM about the 2009 Volkswagen CC 2.0T Sport FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

At first it clicked and wouldn't turn over. After
having it jumped and shutting it off, it would
struggle to start but eventually started. Windows
seem sluggish,  fan keeps kicking on, parking
break seems to refuse to engage when the car
won't start. Took it to an auto parts store and he
ran a general test on the battery and alternator  
who stated it was fine.  Any ideas?
