2010 Toyota Corolla radio/clock/both lighter plugs don't work, everything else is fine. Also checked the fuses and replaced them. Still not working. What could the issue be?

Just to be sure you changed correct fuse, Audio System is in under hood PDS cavity #28 - Page 355- http://www.toyota.com/t3Portal/document/om/OM12C22U/pdf/sec_04-03.pdf

Checked all fuses. They are good under hood and in drivers side panel. What else Could be the issue?
All I can think of is ground from unit or power to the unit. The trouble is getting up under there to check without pulling it out, and that is a job, a real hassle to do either. So fuse is good. What I would try is pull fuse, first make sure there is power to the hot side with a multi-meter or even just a cheap 12V test light. Ok, you have power TO the fuse. Now make a 16g wire with alligator clips on ends, and clip one end to battery Hot+ Pos red... or fuse hot side, and clip the other end to the audio system power supply, however you can find it. That's the biggest problem, finding that without having to pull unit out. But it may come to that. Then put that known 12V hot wire to audio system and see what happens. If nothing, then next is ground. Simple, ground to chassis. If still nothing, the radio is probably bad. As for the cig lighters, power outlets, leads me back to no power being supplied to begin with. One more thing, there are battery chargers that will plug in to lighter sockets that supply power so there is no interruption while changing the battery. Put power to the socket and see if audio system/clock lights up. Matter of fact do that first, before ripping dash apart. Good luck and keep me informed what happens if you don't mind ~~David
