How do I adjust front headrest on 2010 528 BMW. Too high and I have tried everything! Help

There is a circle button on the side of the seat with the other controls. Front and back presses adjust the lumbar support, and up and down presses raise and lower the headrest.

There is a button on the side of the seat that also adjust the forward and backwards of the seat. The button also goes up and down for the headrests.

On the seat controls it’s the last mover thing and I push it up or down
