Selling to out of state buyer

I am selling a car titled and located in TX. I have a prospective buyer in IL.
a) please describe what steps are involved in an interstate sale;
b) do you offer auto transport services to buyers in other states?
I’d like to be able to provide my buyer with assurance that you can handle the
sale and help her arrange to get the car transported.

Transport is up to the buyer. If you want to help then go ahead. Make sure you are paid (in actual money) before the car disappears down the highway! All you need to do is give them the car, signed title and a bill of sale. You can check your states DMV website for state specific requirements.
