Bluetooth pairing

Asked by Acadianewbie88 Nov 09, 2018 at 11:50 AM about the 2010 GMC Acadia SLT-1 FWD

I recently bought a used 2010 GMC Acadia and can not get
my phone to pair. When I hit the call/voice button my radio
says Audio muted but never beeps or says ready. I called
customer service and they reset my radio but still no luck.
Anybody have any suggestions?? I'm at a loss at what to
do.

Not sure if you have figured it out yet but I bought the same automobile. You have to hold down the talk button for a few seconds then say what you want to do.
