kia forte making noise

2010 kia forte lx 75k miles. It is making a rubbing sound when I let off the gas. It tracks well, does not pull on take off of slow down. any idea what the issue is?

Inspect inner fender walls to make sure they are secure, probably easiest to get it up in the air to do a thorough inspection, axles, breaks, exhaust and such.

Then I would have the breaks checked. The noise would be coming from the breaks.

Then no, but the noise must be related as in the area of the breaks. Possible cv joint in the drive axle or a wheel bearing starting to go. Never the less breaks, front axles, and wheel bearings should be looked at. All in the same area of each other.

thank you. I will verify the breaks. If that looks ok I will contact the dealer, as that should be warranty.

When I turn the car on it’s a buzzing sound so I click on my seatbelt but the sound is still on and then a couple of seconds later it goes off
