Kia Forte wipers malfunction

I have a 2015 Kia Forte , the wipers starts working
everytime I turn on my headlights or starts the right
turn signal (which blinks rapidly).. the left turn
doesn't trigger the wipers.

you have a shorted wire or bad ground wire somewhere in that system. you have to trace the wires and check where they are grounded.
