Do you know why my 2010 Forester shakes (especially holding steering wheel) when speed over 60MPH, much more violent over 65 MPH?

Vibrations while just driving at 60 or 65 without braking suggests wheel balance issues, loose wheels or an engine miss-fire. Does the check engine light light up when this occures? If the vibration occurs when applying the brakes then the problem is likely warped brake rotors.

I'm with Bob: rebalance FRONT tires first. If bad continue to rebalance rears just in case they're needed too. A front tire may also have a broken belt, so a rotation can help identify that. Otherwise check the unlikely stuff: ball joints, tie rod end, loose wheel bearing.
