My 15 Forester has the same holes. Not the best detail but I suppose you could get the mud flaps. Auto parts stores sell plastic buttons that could be used to fill the holes.

Thanks, I am thinking about getting mud flaps, don't have to get them from Subaru necessarily. It's odd because in the front wheel wells they are all attached. I appreciate your answer.

Historically mud flaps on older Subies have trapped mud and salty rain and contributed to corrosion. However, if these attach to ONLY plastic on the newest models they made be worth a try only to protect downstream paint. I think hood protective deflectors are a better customization if you're looking for your subie at Costco.

i have a 2016 subaru impreza and found out the same thing. looked up other models they dont have them and this is the only picture of the inner rear wheel well i could find to verify it.
