Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Display going dim on the radio on my 2010 Subaru Forester. Radio+CD player are working fine. Also, the lighting in the console (below the radio and heating/AC dials) is dim. Is it possible to replace bulbs on these? How?

The console lights is just a matter of pulling the control head out and replacing the lamps, but the radio is another matter as the radio body needs removed and that triggers the anti theft in the radio, then it needs sent out for repair, after repair the radio will need reinstalled and the anti theft dis armed by a good stereo store or the dealer. You might be better off cost wise to look into aftermarket systems.
