I have the bluetooth button on my steering wheel but I can not get it to link my phone?

Is there also a way to link the phone by using the car display? Make sure your phone is discoverable when trying to link the two.

GuruVH5QP, thats whats happening to mine. I hold the button for a few seconds and nothing. A video showed me how a voice should come on but I never heard it. Maybe we really don't have blue-tooth. I was told the steering wheel has the buttons but all the cars weren't set up for blue-tooth.

I had this same issue with my 2012 Chevrolet traverse and was told by the dealership that mine was not set up it they all have the buttons on the steering wheel which I think is deceiving.
