Help !!

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a2010 Dodge Journey , started the
vehicle all the dash instruments lights came
on wipers came on and they are in the off
position , horn , windows , door  locks , turn
signals doesn’t work ,, when I shut it off and
remove key all the dash light symbols stay on
, I have unhook the battery , checked battery
and alternator those are fine ,, please help ,,
