Cause of front end vibration?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Front end vibration at 42 mph to 48mph only, tires balanced, 5/32 tread left?
Cause and fix?  Have 155,000 miles.

Balancing will not fix out of round or cupped tires. Just info for the original poster.
