Check Engine light and Trac light on

I had my "software" recall taken care of 5 days ago on the 2010 RAV-4. I also had my
50K service. Today my check engine light and Trac light came on and stayed on. I
noticed
at 65 mph. I called garage and the service guy said " I just want you to know that this is
not a result of the work we did on your car on Saturday." Am I in for problems that may
require me to bend over and bring heavy grease? .

This happened to me right after an upgrade on my computer. I took it in and it was the oxygen sessor had to be replaced. Now it is working fine.
