Altima AC Fan Issue

I had my AC compressor replaced two weeks back, few
days ago i noticed that the fan operates normally when i
first turn the AC ON, 5-10 minutes later, the fan starts
slowing down until it is not blowing air anymore, if i put it
to max i get air blowing again, then i lower the setting
down, it works for few minutes then the air stops blowing.

I changed cabin AC air filter but the issue still persists.

WHILE MOST COME AND STAY ON WHEN THE AC IS TURNED ON .The fans do not always run. Only when the coolant has reached a factory default setting temperature IM THINKING YOURS ONLY COMES ON AS NEEDED

I think there is a miss understanding of my question, when i said fan i meant the blower inside the cabin / AC fan speed.
