2013 Altima 3.5 SL ac issue

We had intermittent Cooling for a couple of weeks this summer and then the AC
just quit. I did a little research and found that the high low control valve in the
compressor can be an issue on these cars so we replaced that. We then
determined that the clutch was not engaging so I was recommended by my
mechanic to get a new compressor. That is installed and still know AC. I then
researched some more and did ipdm diagnostic test. The solenoid on the clutch
kicked in five times like it was supposed to. Now I feel there must be some
issue between the climate control switches on the dash and the ipdm. Just
wondering if someone here has an idea what to check next.
