What does AT check mean on my 2010 Altima? How can I fix it.

I have AT Check come on.  What can I do car will not start.

AT is for automatic transmission. You can try cycling the key on and off and the car might move, but as soon as it sees the fault again, it will go into limp mode. So nothing you can do without the proper diagnostic equipment. Have it towed to a local shop or Nissan dealer.
