Considering buying used 328xi wafgon (2010-62K km) What major known flaws to be expected? Thnx

HI!  Just had a road test on a used 2010-328xDrive Wagon certified car (2 extra yrs/40,000km coverage) (price: $24,900 CDN). Runs smoothly but noticed the interior's air fan (a/c-heat) didn't work. I've had 2 BMW prior to this one and both had similar problems. Even though this deal is covered with 2 yrs warranty, how would you rate this car for general maintenance costs with an expected 16,000 km yearly? Living in Montreal (canada) where cold and snow are common for 4 to 5 months, xDrive is a must and Wagon with sure be practical for me. Thank you for your advice if any! Denis

Well the maintenance could be costly with the mileage and depends on if the guy who owned it took care of it

Hi Tom and Truduet7, I have an independent inspection already scheduled and it is stated on contract that buying the car is conditional to that inspection. Even if I am getting a 2 yrs warranty included in the deal, I want a second opinion from my own bmw mechanic. Thank you for your answers!
