Doors won't open from outside

I am also having this problem with the
doors not opening from the outside, both
driver side doors at this point and no
warranty bought it used with 25,000 miles
and now have 70,000 so that won't help

My driver door since yesterday wont open from outside .but from inside i can opened. Its a Kia Sorento 2011 v6 LX

Both of my doors were in the same condition. Just resolved yesterday. Driver's side door took me over four hours and since i then knew what i was doing, the passenger side door took me less than two hours. i used this as reference...its not the best but enough: https://www.kia- forums.com/2011-2013-xm-sorento-forum/264826-door-wont-open-outside-how-replace.html

It is a broken spring inside the locking device. Lot labor but you can do it yourselt Door panel out Glass out. Open the sealed locking device and replace the spring.
