Try,placing key in truck, then start with fob,may help,if not you may need a new chip key.

It's a proximity key that must be in the car to start it, and may have lost its programming. Thy this, I can't write it out, besides it a pdf file that can't be copied and pasted Page 145 in your owners manual. if you dont have the manual you can download it here http://www.fordservicecontent.com/Ford_Content/catalog/owner_guides/11edgog1e.pdf

Pretty sure its the chip in the key. I've got full power. Car starts with the fob, shuts off with the fob and the alarm works. When I start it with the fob, it shuts down, as soon as I put the key in and turn it. Spare key is on its way. Hoping that will start the car. Thanks for the quick response.

So, I had the same issue and I press the panic button while in my vehicle, stopped the panic alarmed, turned the key in ignition, and my vehicle finally started.

I have a 2009 ford edge, my acc power don't work to my radio when the key is on, but constant power works, something happened while I was putting a new radio in and I replaced one fuse that got me my constant power back. Any ideas?

It also sent a message of "compass no response" on my dash, and driver Window stopped working
