WHAT WOULD CAUSE A CLUTCH TO NOT ENGAGE

A new clutch pressure plate throw out bearing and dual mass flywheel were
installed in my 2007 jeep liberty so what would cause the clutch to not engage

If it was air in the hydraulics the clutch would not disengage.
