When I am driving it will suddenly buck or. It has been tuned up all fluids are clean. I did spray the engine and I'm not sure if that has any effect on this problem.

If you got something electrical wet, then yes this is what is causing your problem. You can use an air compressor and dry out all your connectors, sparkplug wire ends, ect. and that should fix it.

Is your service engine light on? I had that problem with my 2003 325ci and it turned out to be a coil pack

Same thing happened to me. Check your fuel pump! It seems to be a problem in this model.
